This is the first time I’ve worked with wood for about 19 years since I left school. I was inspired to become creative by seeing what can be made out of relatively free materials for use around the house.
I decided to make some rustic hanging shelf like object so we had somewhere to put glasses, bottles, lights and candles etc.
It’s not perfect by any means but it has been a useful learning tool. It has also given me an excuse to by shed loads of new tools!
Hopefully Ii’ll be posting more soon as it has opened up a whole new host of new ideas…
