These rustic pallet plant stands were made entirely from pallet wood. I used a torch to finish some, while others were stained. I kept things simple and attached everything with wood glue and a nail gun with 16-gauge nails.
Have extra vases in the back of a cabinet? Use them in a creative, rustic way with these Pallet Plant Stands!
First, I cut off loose the pallet deck boards using a circular saw. I used the broader slats for the tops and bottoms, and I used the 2″ × 4″ for legs. I had to cut the 2″ × 4″ down to a 2″ × 2″. Then, I pre-sanded all the surfaces with a palm sander to prepare for staining. I also torched a few to be different. Keep the process simple. No need for all the fancy stuff!
