My buddy wanted a pallet bar, So I decided that I’d build him this L-Shaped 3-piece Pallet Bar. The size of the bar made it necessary to assemble it in three sections for easy transport. I added some style and angled the boards in a pattern across the front and on the bar top. It hasn’t been coated or sealed yet so my friend can do whatever he wants to it.

Create a gathering space in your backyard, deck or terrace with a 3-piece Pallet Bar!

The pictures speak for themselves. I took photographs step by step. Gather four to five pallets, depending on the size. I used two entire pallets and 1/2 of a third to complete the body of the bar. Next, I split another pallet vertically for the base of the bar and a place to put your feet. More pallets were broken down for the decorative covering. I cut plywood for the top and the inside shelves and used scraps of wood to support the pieces. Then I finished out the top. This pallet bar separates into three sections for transport.

This 3-piece Pallet Bar was made with approximately 6 pallets total.
I used 2.5 pallets to create the body of the bar, and another was split vertically for the floor/support of the project.
I dismantled more pallets for the 3-piece Pallet Bar sides and top.
Next, I dismantled another couple pallets and sanded the wood after removing the nails.
I created a frame for the pattern on the front and side of the 3-piece Pallet Bar.
I created a frame for the diamond pattern that covered the front and side of the bar.
I continued the diamond pattern to the edges of the 3-piece Pallet Bar.
I continued the diamond pattern to the edges of the bar.
I did the same for the other side of the 3-piece Pallet Bar, and topped it with plywood to support the bar top.
Then I did the same for the other side of the bar and topped it with plywood as a support for the bar top.
I used more plywood for the shelves on the inside of the 3-piece Pallet Bar and used scraps to create the supports.
I used more plywood for shelves on the inside and used scraps to create the supports.
Next, I did another diamond pattern on the top of the 3-piece Pallet Bar, and continued it out to the ends.
Next, I repeated another diamond pattern on the top of the bar and continued it out to the ends.
