This pallet bar was created for a long time friend and his wife. It is 6 feet long 3 feet wide with foot rails and a pull out server tray.
I used 4 pallets on this bar plus 2 sheets of plywood. Also (1) 2×10×12 for the shelves and (10) 1×2×8 cut to size for the trims.
The stain is mixed with two colors special walnut/jacobean. The finish is a heavy polyurethane for that added shine. The footrails were painted with bumper black paint so that it will be durable enough for foot traffic.
