I made this sturdy and comfortable Pallet Bar Stool out of just two pallets! I built this chair to be a little larger in size and height. You’ll need to adapt it to the dimensions that suit you. It measures as follows: height with backrest 113 cm, the height of seat 80 cm, width and length of the sitting 46 cm.

I planed all of the boards first after thoroughly removing any nails/metal. I used the screws to connect everything together. It took about 8 hours to make the chair. The legs of the chair I cut the from 6.5 cm thick deck boards. The seat back and seat areas, as well as the additional supports, make this chair quite stable and sturdy.
