Tall Rolling Pallet Coffee Table In 3 Hours

I made this Tall Rolling Pallet Coffee Table in only three hours with two pallets. I highlighted some of the unique imperfections with a light application of paint that I rubbed in and then sanded the excess off. Add some casters, and you have a mobile host or hostess station for parties or to clear a dancing area!

This Tall Rolling Pallet Coffee Table is an easy DIY pallet project and would make a great coffee table or even work surface for your recycled pallet ideas.

First, I found two pallets and removed some of the bottom deck boards. Next, I lightly sanded to remove the splinters and rough edges. I used a rag to lightly rub in a dark-colored paint into the grooves and recesses of the wood and wiped the excess off. When dry, I sanded the excess paint off, and it left the defects highlighted like expensive, exotic woods. I attached some scrap heavy-duty pallet stringers as the support legs. Next, I added more deck boards to brace three heavy legs on the four corners. Finally, I installed four locking casters and applied several coats of a satin finish varnish to seal.

Use paint to highlight the stunning imperfections that make pallet wood an amazing media for your DIY Pallet Projects!
