We built this 8-foot-long Pallet Cash Wrap, or Pallet Counter, using five pallets. It features different cut sizes, and we painted some boards a few different colors to add character. Then we sealed the project with polyurethane to the tops and sides for added shine.
This flexible design can be a Pallet Counter, Pallet Cash Wrap, or Pallet Bar!
We built the frame using two 2×6×16 and four sheets of plywood. Additionally, we used six 1×2×8 for the trim. We added four locking casters, so it is easy to relocate if required. We cut pallets into many sizes and painted a few different colors to add character. The edges are smoothed over with a router, and the boards were planed smooth. Finally, we sealed it with polyurethane on the tops and sides for an appealing shine.
