Simple frame from pallet wood. The back isn’t pretty as my joinery skills are wonky. I kept it rough, but the better half may have me come back and sand it.
Simple 45-degree miter cuts joined in the back by some brackets and then some slat wood to keep the canvas in place. I made the frame fairly wide because the picture wasn’t centered top to bottom on the canvas and I wanted to center it in the frame.
As a result, as you can see, the canvas is mounted very low on the frame. There s a small strip a wood at the bottom keeping it from sliding out.
